Going Greek

With my project one of the things I hope to change is the perception of what it means to be in a Greek Organization. The media portrays being in a sorority or fraternity as partying, hazing, and doing drugs/alcohol. This is simply not true. There are so many benefits of being in an organization which include leadership, raising money for philanthropy, service hours, and countless networking opportunities. They focus on ritual which strive to make their members better people in their personal and professional life. I can say personally how much of a blessing being in a Greek organization has changed my life and made me a better person.

To highlight some misconceptions I made a PowerPoint to show how the media portrays Greek life opposed to what it really is.
